As a kid, my room was essentially a mood board...

Every wall covered in magazine cut-outs and my own hand-painted murals. I have always really loved DIY and the act of creation. I got a jigsaw and a palm sander from Santa this year, so yea...that creative itch is still going strong! 

Prior to starting House of Moxie, I spent over 10 years as a Furniture and Home Goods Buyer and a Global Visual Merchandiser for a major, corporate brand.  I styled photoshoots, tradeshows in Vegas and Salt Lake, Corporate and Stockholder meetings & presentations, and seasonal product launches.  In the design world, there’s always a new shape, color, or way to style something. It never gets redundant and I LOVE it.

After having my two stinkin’ cute kids, I looked for ways to incorporate more fun, color and good vibes into our home so we could love the look and also live there comfortably. Kids, pets, guests — life happens and great design accommodates that.
